This new Billet gear backplate is designed for all you guys running Heavy duty setups with oversize bearings like the TR HD 54mm clutch carriers, all TAYLOR engines, twins and other big bores.
 
NB: the two countersinks for carrier bolts are not full depth for added strength in those weak areas. 
The plate is milled from AL7075 for higher strength than others on the market and comes supplied with a HD sealed bearing to support the layshaft.
 
Suits the use of the TR One-piece brake mount or similar

This backplate does not allow the use of a gear cover. 
 
Almost all users running more powerful zenoah engines, twins and big bores are using blackbone gears without a cover, this is the perfect back plate for you guys, strong, light and stunning.
